An asset is not visible
Confirm the active network and public address, then check the transaction hash and token contract. If the explorer shows the expected balance, the problem may be a display or refresh issue rather than missing on-chain assets.

A transfer is taking a long time
Use the transaction hash on the correct explorer to check pending, success or failed state. Congestion and fee conditions can affect progress. Do not repeat a transfer before understanding the first transaction’s public state.
A DApp, signature or approval looks wrong
Stop confirming requests and verify the full domain, current network, contract and permission scope. DApp connection and token approval are separate permissions, and disconnecting does not revoke an on-chain allowance.
Someone claims to be support
Do not continue if anyone asks for a seed phrase, private key or verification code, or requests remote control of a device with the wallet open. This site does not invent phone numbers, email addresses or social accounts.
